Lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi has said that there are about 15 lawyers who can swear in NASA leader Raila Odinga.
Through his twitter account, the Senior Counsel stated that the planned oath taking by Raila was illegitimate hence illegitimate judges can deployed.
The lawyer said that he has a list of 15 judges who were sacked by the judiciary and can be used in such a ceremony.
"If Raila wants to swear himself for whatever position/title he desires, I can recommend over 15 judges who were axed by the judiciary for corruption and the other related vices. Only an illegitimate judge should swear an illegitimate President," he tweeted.Earlier on Friday, Chief Justice David Maraga denied writing a letter warning the NASA leader against proceeding with his swearing-in plan.
NASA has maintained that Raila will be sworn in on Tuesday at 10.00 am, although it is not clear which judge will preside over the ocassion.
