An Eldoret-based Lawyer Simon Lilan who attempted to stop the burial of former Nominated MP Mark Too, now claims his life is in danger.

He said he received calls from unknown people threatening him. 

“I have been threatened and forced to live in hiding by people who have ulterior motives," he said.

Those people that killed Mark Too are looking for my neck but I fear no evil since God will project me," he added, Monday.

He however refuted claims that he had received a bribe of Sh68 million to stop former Too's burial.
