Douglas Bosire, officer in charge of health said lazy health workers will be sacked and replaced.
Bosire said the County is committed in investigating in health and no one should derail the County plans.
“We are committed to ensure people of Nyamira County get good services. Health workers should work hard around the clock to improve health standards in the county," he said.
He challenged residents to visit health centers to be screened against diseases so that they can get treatment in time.
“Residents are advised to visit health centers anytime to be screened against diseases so that they can get treatment in good time to prevent unnecessary deaths,” he added.
