Kenya might yet again experience an epic legal battle between the best lawyers in the country as opposition NASA moves to court to challenge presidential poll outcome.

On Wednesday, opposition leader Raila Odinga claimed that his victory was stolen and ‘gave’ courts a final chance to ‘redeem’ their images.

And President Uhuru Kenyatta along with Odinga will assemble best legal minds to argue their case in the highest court for the second time in less than five years.

Siaya Senator James Orengo will lead the NASA team that would include renowned lawyers among them Haron Ndubi, Paul Oraro, Paul Mwangi, Amos Wako and Mutula Kilonzo Junior.

In the recent months, Orengo’s legal prowess has been seen after winning landmark cases among them that of compelling IEBC to declare constituency presidential results as final.

Also expected to join them is Ahmednassir Abudulahi alias Grand Muller even though he represented IEBC in 2013 case.

For many occasions, Orengo has been giving ODM leader Raila Odinga pro bono services whenever the opposition team feels aggrieved.
