Led by Viwandani MCA Hon. Eunice Muriithi, the leaders welcomed the government’s move to improve on the condition of Naivasha market by allocating seven million shillings towards the project.

"The county government will allocate Ksh7 million for the completion of shades in Naivasha market as well as for the improvement of sanitation facilities in the market. This is indeed a great move that will boost several businesses by providing a conducive working environment," Muriithi stated.

On his part, the market’s vice chair Elijah Ogachi expressed confidence in Mbugua’s government.

"We are extremely happy with the work being undertaken to improve this market, this is an indication that the county leadership through this program cares more for its people. We are confident that the remaining work will be done and completed," Mr. Ogachi said.

The two were speaking in Naivasha market on Wednesday during the 9th edition of the ‘Gavana Mtaani’ program that was led by H.E Nakuru Governor Kinuthia Mbugua accompanied by other key leaders in his government.
