A political storm is brewing in Wiper Party under the leadership of Former Vice President Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka.

This is after a section of poll losers asked him to part ways with National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Amolo Odinga or they rally the electorate behind President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto ahead of the fresh elections scheduled on October 26.

The politicians, who hail from Kilifi and Mombasa, have left Kalonzo at crossroads as opposition looks forward to dethroning Jubilee from power

"We will not campaign for Raila. ODM was the master schemer in vote theft," Peterson Mitau said on Friday, as quoted by The Star.

Mitua, who contested as an independent candidate for Changamwe MP, also said that he lost because officials from Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission(IEBC) were compromised during the exercise

Lawrence Kisilu (Mombasa Senator )and Charles Chigiri (Kilifi Senator) backed Mitau’s sentiments saying Raila’s ODM rigged them out of the contest

"We are victims of ODM election thuggery and our marriage in NASA is untenable," Kisilu said. Maendeleo Chap Chap politician Yaa Muri and Anthony Chitavi were also present when the leaders issued the ultimatum.
