The Strathmore lecturer who was arrested after his wife died told police yesterday that his wife died as they were 'playing'.According to him, the wife collapsed in their bedroom after an argument over the contents of his mobile phone. An autopsy carried out by the government's chief pathologist, Johansen Oduor found no physical injuries on the body but said that there was a blood clot in the heart and a fluid in Rebecca Mwachongo's wife.Dr. Fredrick Ogolla was arrested by police following her death on New Year's day.The death triggered a lot of social media debate on whether Rebecca had been deliberately murdered.During interrogation by the police, Dr. Ogolla said she loved her wife very much and that her death was ''very unfortunate''.
