Nakuru has in the past been in the spotlight over the mismanagement of resources by the previous county administration.This is something that residents wanted to end when they elected Governor Lee Kinyanjui who promised during his campaigns to deal with graft in his first term.The county is grappling with a 3 billion debt and cartels that took hostage of the previous regime.The new governor has brought in a youthful team to help advance his agenda for the county.He has promised to address the unemployment crisis, poor infrastructure, and marginalisation of members of certain communities.Critical offices have already been established by the county government to ensure the smooth running of things.
