Kenya Premier League (KPL) debutants Zoo Kericho are planning to upset league giants AFC Leopards when the latter make a visit at their Kericho Green Stadium backyard on Sunday.
Leopards will head into the match with a boost to their confidence after picking a win and a draw against defending champions Tusker and league leaders Gor Mahia respectively.
However, Zoo have been known to stage fierce battles whenever big names visit the tea town of Kericho.
Forwards Mike Madoya and Nicholas Kipkirui are expected to be at their best to help fire the missiles.
A win for Zoo will place them at position seven with 32 points and leave Leopards at position 14 with 24 points.
A win for the visitors on the other hand will move them one slot up to position 13 and leave Zoo stagnant at position 11.
A draw will move Zoo to the 10th slot and leave Leopards unmoved at their current position 14.
