Speaking to the press on Tuesday ahead of the Bomas meeting scheduled for Wednesday that will bring together over 4,000 Opposition leaders, Mudavadi noted that the meeting is aimed at coming up with a political declaration of political unity.
“This meeting is key for the opposition unity to brainstorm and develop strategies that will guarantee a credible election,” he said.
“We must work together as the Opposition. We should not come together for constitutional problems only. We genuinely believe some issues have not been managed well," he added.
Mudavadi has been in the forefront championing for a united Opposition dubbed the National Super Alliance (NASA), which has been well received by CORD Leader Raila Odinga.
