Speaking in Kanduyi while on his way to Kibabii University in Bungoma where he presided over a graduation ceremony, Kenyatta said that opposition should join hands with Jubilee administration  to work for Kenyans.

"They were once in leadership positions in the country, what did they do for Kenyans? We are reviving Pan Paper factory and constructed several roads in the country. These people should let us work," said president Kenyatta.

The Jubilee leader said that the government is working to benefit Kenyans equally without discrimination, adding that the country will not be developed if Kenyans engage in tribal politics.
