Avoid adding to much chemicals to achieve flavour in your food. Get your flavour from natural stuff like onions, garlic, ginger, cucumber, lemon, pepper, tomatoes and and flavour you crave Now that you know what to avoid, you should know what to hold dear. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. For healthy juices, make using juicy fruits and store in your fridge so you can access whenever you're thirsty. Eat a balanced diet and don't have too much or too little of anything. Water helps flush out waste and toxins so keep hydrated. You know that keeping fit will require you to exercise. The workout routine is up to you but you need to ensure that you're an active person.
