[Photo|the-star]NASA coalition's Homa Bay Town lawmaker Peter Kaluma has drafted a Bill that seeks to have a total of 40 counties secede from Kenya.The Bill seeks to amend Kenya's 2010 Constitution to split the country into two to allow for the creation of a new country.Citing marginalization and exclusion, Kaluma's Bill also seeks to exclude 40 counties from the current total 47. The excluded counties will then come together and form a state named the "People’s Republic of Kenya”.The counties include:1. Mombasa2. Kwale3. Kilifi4. Tana River5. Lamu6. Taita Taveta7. Garissa8.
