[Photo|iLaw Blawg]Several governor candidates who lost in the just concluded August 8, polls, have come out to protest the results, after seeing their opponents declared winner.The candidates who have vowed to file a petition against their candidates include:1. Dr Evans Kidero - Nairobi (opposing Mike Sonko of Jubilee Party).2. Lenny Kivuti - Embu (opposes Martin Wambora of Jubilee).3. Wavinya Ndeti -Machakos (opposes Dr Alfred Mutua of MCCP).4. John Munyes - Turkana (opposes ODM's Josphat Nanok).5. Jack Ranguma - Kisumu (opposes ODM's Prof Anyang' Nyong'o).6. Peter Munya - Meru (opposing Kiraitu Murungi of Jubilee).7. Chirau Mwakwere - Kwale (opposing Jubilee's Salim Mvurya).8. John Mruttu - Taita Taveta (opposing Granton Samboja of Wiper).9. Kazungu Kambi - Kilifi (opposing Amason Kingi of ODM).They are supposed to file a case within 30 days since results of the election.The cases will be concluded within 60 days of filing the petition.
