At least five top NASA strategists have given a clean bill of health swearing-in of Raila Odinga that has been slated on January 30th this year.

NASA is split on oath taking with two factions emerging, one in support while another one pushing for dialogue.

The group calling for dialogue, which is said to be spearheading agenda of some principals, is led by Wiper deputy leader Farah Maalim.

But a more radical group under the leadership of renowned economist David Ndii is opposed to dialogue, arguing that it won't solve issues facing the country.

"We are not interested in boardroom deals. In 2007, we had such deals and they ended up ruining the country.

"We are back where we were a decade ago and this is what we want to resist. Swearing-in must go on as planned," said a defiant Ndiii.

Also pushing the agenda is Canadian based lawyer Miguna Miguna, Siaya Senator James Orengo and Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala.

Also in the radical team are Babu Owino, Dan MaanzoGodfrey Ototsi, Jimmy Wanjigi, Johnstone Muthama and Ogla Karani.
