2:30 PM: The suspects are now in court waiting for the judge
1:30 PM: NYS suspects are now being transferred from the Muthaiga Police station to the Milimani Law Court.
11: 00 AM: The suspects were expected to be transferred from Muthaigia Police station at 11am.
10: 15 AM: The case will be presided over by Justice Martin Andayi
9: 45 AM: The suspects are still held up at the Milimani Law courts
9:30 AM: No activities at the Milimani law court yet.
9:10 AM: Among those expected in court include PS Lillian Omollo and NYS boss Richard Ndubai. On Monday the DPP said that about 34 suspects were still at large over the Sh9 billion scandal.
9:00 AM: The suspects were expected to be arraigned at the Milimani Law court at 8am. However, by press time none of the suspects have appeared in court.
