Opposition coalition NASA supporters are back to the streets for the fourth week running as they seek to compel IEBC to make reforms ahead of the October 26 repeat polls.
This week will mark the begining of daily demonstrations across the country after previous demos that were held three times a week, days after NASA leader Raila Odinga announced his withdrawal from the presidential race.
Running battles are expected between the protesters and the police after, last week directive by Interior CS Fred Matiang'i wich banned the demos.
4:07 pm: One man dead.
One man has been pronounced dead during the demonstrations in Kisumu today. It is reported he died after being shot. Police are yet to respond to the allegations.

3:07 pm: Situation in Mombasa.
Operations back to normal in Mombasa town as small scale traders resume work, opening their shops that were closed early in the day as teargas filled the CBD.

2:10 pm: Norman Magaya in court.
The NASA CEO Norman Magaya has moved to court seeking it to bar the State from persecuting him over demos holding liable to any damages during the demos.
1:57 pm: Clerics in Kisumu speak on anti-IEBC demos.
Clergy from Kisumu says they are proveoked by the demonstrators but have condemned the police brutality witnessed in Bondo.
"We have done our investigation and wish to challenge the report from the police. The geography in Bondo gives none of the protesters space to hide or attack the police," said the clergy.
They have urged CS Matiangi to issue a public apology over the brutality witnessed in the area, they also want legal action taken on those involved in the brutality.
They also urged Jubilee and NASA to generate room for dialogue.
1: 21 pm: No teargas in Kisumu.
Most of the shops in Kisumu closed despite lack of any teargas so far. The demos are still peaceful since they began after the protesters issued a verbal petition at the IEBC offices in Kisumu.

1:10 pm: Teargas in Uhuru Parrk.
Uhuru Park is full of teargas as supporters who were regrouping are lobbied with teargas, the people were regrouping at the freedom corner but the police smoked them out.

After being lobbed by teargas NASA supporters have come up with a new strategy to beat police in their game, reports indicate that the demonstrators are now entering the CBD one by one instead of being in groups.
1:00 pm: NASA leaders blocked, teargassed by police.
The NASA demonstrators led by John Mbadi who were heading to the town center in their cars, the vehicles were six, but were blocked by police who teargassed them and they dispersed.

12:45 pm: Vihiga protesters
Peaceful demonstrations witnessed in Vihiga county as the protesters are led by Sabatia MP. "Chiloba must go" chants fill the air.
12:35 pm: Situation in Kisumu.
Protesters head back to Kondele estate, the demos are so far peaceful as police are not seen on the roads as the (protestors) move through the city peacefully.
There are no road blocks as the protesters dance, sing, and whistle as they head to IEBC offices.
12: 26 pm: NASA leaders to speak.
Reports have indicated that NASA leaders will address their supporters before they join them in the demos later in the day, this is however not yet confirmed.
12:25 Pm: Current situation outside IEBC
It is still quiet outside the Anniversary Towers, while the number of police making rounds outside the building and in the city continues to multiply.
