Leaders in Kisii County have been urged to rally behind devolution by a lobby group.The lobby group calling itself Governance Watch said it was keenly following projects in the county to ensure transparency and that the county administration remained accountable to the people of Kisii County.A report by the auditor general cast a rather unflattering glare on the county, suggesting that there had been a misappropriation of funds.Rael Otundo, the group's secretary-general, said that the county leaders were under a sacred obligation to deliver on their respective agendas in a transparent manner.''We are keen on shining a spotlight on how affairs are being conducted by the county administration and also ensuring that the public participates,'' Ms. Otundo said.
