A lobby group has urged Nakuru County government to stop replacing 115 sub-county officials.
According to Friends of Devolution chairman Benson Macharia, the 115 workers who were reinstated by the Labor court should be allowed to work.
“Of course we fully support fight against corruption, the county should drop their decision of replacing the 115 workers," he said.
Governor Lee Kinyanjui should order the workers to report to their work stations to continue serving the people,” said Macharia.
He said the workers once they report to work, they should ensure they don’t engage in corruption dealings.
“We will never support corrupt officers and we are urging the 115 workers once they report to work they should serve people transparently with high levels of integrity,” he noted.
