Uasin Gishu County Assembly Leader of Majority Josephat Lowoi has condemned utterances by opposition leader Raila Odinga that ICC has failed following termination of cases against top Kenyan leaders.

Lowoi said it is very shameful for Raila to say that ICC allowed itself to be blackmailed by Kenya. 

"Raila Odinga recently congratulated Ruto after the ICC terminated the case against him and Joshua Sang, what has changed abruptly?" he posed. 

This comes after Raila hit out at the ICC on Wednesday, saying its failure to try top Kenyan leaders over crimes against humanity committed during the 2007 post-election violence "spells doom for global efforts to fight impunity."
