[Photo: citizentv.co.ke]An observation group has pointed out a number of counties that pose the greatest threat to the upcoming October 26 fresh presidential election.According to the African Electoral Observation Group, elections might not take place in four counties which are allied to the opposition due to attacks that were meted on IEBC officials during training in the region last week.The counties listed include Kisumu, Siaya, Homa Bay and Migori.The group however noted the elections will continue smoothly in the remaining 43 counties.“Notwithstanding the attacks on the institution, we have observed that preparations for the elections continue smoothly in the other 43 counties and promise a smooth, free, fair and credible election,” the head of the observers mission, Robert Fola, is quoted by Daily Nation.The National Super Alliance has maintained that there will be no election on October 26 and have vowed to rally their supporters to boycott the poll exercise.
