In a statement, the daughter of Kisumu Governor, Professor Anyang'  Nyong'o noted that she will fly to Kenya and be part of the premier.

She urged Kenyans across the country to come out in large numbers, attend the event  and share light moments.

“Yesterday I graced Black Panther premiere in Los Angeles. Kisumu has been chosen to host the same event on February 13, 2018. Come all and share some light moments,”  she posted on her Facebook page.

The venue of the event  will be at IMAX Mega, Kisumu as indicated on the banner.

Governor Nyong'o will be the chief guest at the event.

According to Hollywood's  report, Lupita is an undercover and entices the Wakanda to fight against their enemies. She has a special relationship with T"challa (Black Panther).

“She is a war dog, which means that she is an undercover spy for Wakanda. She goes out into the world to places like Korea.

“She has a special relationship with Black Panther (T’Challa) and what I love about that relationship is that it’s not your average, you know, sweetheart story [with a] damsel in distress. They have a history but she is a reliable ear for him,” Hollywood described the movie in a report.
