[Photo/westfm.co.ke]Bungoma Governer Ken Lusaka has been listed as a complainant while Mr Wycliffe Wangamati is the respondent, says IEBC chairperson Wafula Chebukati about the two who were summoned following a bitter clash in Bungoma that led to the death of one on June 2.
The county boss laid the blame on Wangamati and his Ford-Kenya brigade for for attacking his convoy subjecting him and his supporters to unnecessary violence and aggression.
On the other hand Wangamati says in a pre-dated letter of May 7 that it is the Jubilee leaning supporters who attacked them on that fateful day destroying their vehicles and property.
"These systematic attacks are orchestrated and well planned by the members of Jubilee Party and policeseem to be helpless to control them," said Wangamati.
Lusaka and his rival Wangamati are set to appear before the interim and the Electoral Commission on Wednesday afternoon to respond to the alleged breach of the Electoral Code of Conduct.
