Kisii county deputy governor Joash Maangi has for the first time explained why he ditched Jubilee for NASA after rallying some of the local leaders to join Uhuru Kenyatta's team.
Speaking while condoling with the family of the former councilor of Bomokora ward, Maangi said he saw a brighter future in NASA compared to Jubilee which turned out to be a losers camp more so in Kisii and Nyamira counties.
Maangi, however, urged all the local leaders who lost in the recently concluded elections to ensure that they give Kisii county governor James Ongwae easy time for better service delivery as they are willing to work along with them.
"Jubilee won't be able to unite the Gusii community and its high time the leaders from the area to unite and support the county government that will easily improve their lives," said Maangi.
