Kisii Deputy Governor Joash Maangi has vowed to continue touring development projects despite his fallout with area Governor James Ongwae.
Maangi, who was recently excommunicated from Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party has been touring development projects, a move which hasn't gone down well with pro Ongwae team.
"Nothing will stop me from touring these projects because they belong to the county government where i am a member. I must ensure that residents are served properly because it's my duty to do so," he said adding that the construction of Gusii Stadium will be completed soon.
He warned rogue constructors and threatened to have their contracts revoked if the fail to obey the agreed timelines with the county government.
"We cannot allow people to drag progress yet their are paid. They must be ready to complete the projects or else I lobby for revocation of their contracts," he said.
He was speaking to members of the press at Kisii Sports Club during his weekly media briefings.
