Machakos County Government has launched a 10-minute service plan in Mavoko to ensure speedy and efficient service delivery alongside rendering quality services to the public.
Addressing the Press at his offices shortly after the launch on Tuesday, Mavoko Sub County Administrator Moses Muthusi said the project was in line with the county's objective of speedy development, commonly knows as "Maendeleo Chap Chap."
Muthusi said all the county services had been digitalised to ensure that clients spend the least time possible to get the best services.
He argued that in the past people had wasted a lot of time moving up and down in county offices as they sought services due to inefficiencies in service delivery.
The administrator disclosed that the digitalisation had equally reduced costs of operations including cases of corruption due to high levels of accountability.
Muthusi urged all residents of the Sub County who intended to visit the offices for various services to do so as they were guaranteed quality and speedy services.
He called on the residents to have confidence in the county government arguing the changes were positive were meant to ensure quality and efficient service delivery.
