The Machakos County Government, has promised to establish the performance of contracts which must be signed by General and executive workers of the County, with the goal of improving performance.
Speaking during his tour of Mavoko sub-county, his excellency the Governor of Machakos county, Dr Alfred Mutua said those contracts will begin to be signed in the next two weeks and will go a long way in ensuring that the county officials performed their duties as per the signed contract.
Mutua further urged officials including county ministers, directors, Department heads and other leaders to work for a period of 6 days a week starting next week, in order to achieve the implementation of various projects that have been put into motion by the county government.
Mutua also said that his political critics and all the people who were planning his fall politically were in for a rude shock as they are bound to fail terribly, adding that the foes will not come in the way of his development plans for the residents of Machakos.
