Muka Mukuu Farmers society in Machakos County has organized a prayer meeting to pray in preparation for the projects the farmers have outlined.
The prayer day which was held on Saturday, in Muka Mukuu farm grounds in Matungulu Sub-County in Machakos County saw preachers and all members of the cooperative society invited.
Speaking during the prayer meeting, Joshua Kyalo reverend pastor of African Inland Church in Itetani urged the members to be united and called upon the leaders and committee members to be trustworthy in carrying out tasks issued to them by the society.
“We are praying through the holy spirit who will enable you as members and leaders of Muka Mukuu Farmers Society to attain the things planned and put in place,” said Kyalo.
Speaking during the same ceremony the chairperson of the farm George Mutiso stated that the society has put in place several goals and plans that they intend to fulfill to the members and that’s why they saw it necessary to involve God through prayers.
“We have planned to ensure all members are comfortable. We will be issuing title deeds to members, launching development projects and several agreements with the members,” said Mutiso.
