Athi River Member of County Assembly Michael Mutua says that time is running out quickly yet residents have not benefited much.

The MCA said that it is time leaders stopped wrangling and focus on development. “Governor Mutua should implement development policies he made to the people,” said the MCA.

The ward representative also asked the Governor to involve all leaders on matters touching the county.

He further noted that the Governor cannot run the county without the help of all leaders, urging county leaders to put aside their differences and dedicate their time to work.

Mutua said the county will continue to lag behind in development if leaders are not willing to work together, vowing to spearhead unity of leaders across the Ukambani region.
