Doctors and nurses at Machakos level five hospital have downed their tools.

This comes a week after KMPDU wrote to Governor Mutua threatening to withdraw all workers from the county for alleged harassment and mistreatment by the Governor. 

The doctors took to the streets and headed to the governor's office. In March, the doctors went on strike over non-remuneration of their deduction but they later resolved the issue with the county. 

The doctors blocked the roads as they protested to the governor's office causing some traffic snurl up.
