Seven-time Grammy Award-winner and actress Madonna is the latest celebrity to visit Kenya and tour Kibera, regarded as Africa's largest slum.
The celebrated pop star made a quiet entry into the country only blowing her cover on Sunday morning when she posted an Instagram photo of what appears like her Safari view, captioned “Good Morning Kenya!”
The 57-year old music icon spent her day in Kibera interacting with the local community as part of Shining Hope Communities, an organisation that links free schools for girls to essential services for communities like Clean drinking water and free health care.
Madonna shared some of the moments from her visit on her Instagram page.
"Imagine this is where your water comes from! @Shofco is working to change this in Kibera, Africa's largest slum," she captioned one of her photos.
Madonna is recognized as the best-selling female recording artist of all time by Guinness World Records.
