A madrasa teacher was on Friday arraigned in a Mombasa court to answer to charges of defiling a 13-year-old boy.Nur Adan Mohamed, a teacher of Madrastu Alfahah Al Islamiyah in Likoni is accused of defiling one of his students on December 5, 2017. Mohammed was also charged with causing bodily harm to the victim.The prosecution told the court that the man committed the offence on diverse dates between May and December.While appearing before Mombasa Senior Resident Magistrate Edigah Kagoni, the suspect pleaded not guilty to the charges leveled against him.The court ordered for him to be released on a surety bond of Sh100, 000 pending the next case hearing.Is there a newsworthy accident, incident or event happening in Mombasa County that you want Hivisasa to cover?
