[Photo: gettyimages.com]NASA CEO Norman Magaya has said that everything that happened on the 26th of October is a charade and a mockery of the constitution. Therefore, Magayaya says, the resultant government of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto is illegitimate."We will not give this government any recognition. We will disobey through civil disobedience all its actions and manifestations right from the grassroots to the national level," Magaya told BBC on Monday evening. He added: "We withdrew from this election on the 10th of October. We understand the toxic environment in which the Supreme Court operated in while presiding over the case."Magaya said that NASA is not in anyway undermining the authority of the Supreme Court saying it is within their rights to resist and declare Uhuru and Ruto illegitimate. He noted that for as long as there is no electoral justice, there will be no peace for the government."Jubilee will go on with what they believe is right as we (NASA) go on with what we believe is right. We are not losing momentum. We are enjoying the best momentum we have ever had at the moment," he said. The Raila confidant said that the constitution doesn't confine citizens to one avenue of dealing with issues arising from elections adding that they have a range of options in their hands. Magaya said that swearing in Raila Odinga is one of 'our options on the table that have been considered robustly'.
