University students in Kisii have been cautioned against being used by politicians for political mileage.

Addressing a number of university students from Magenche ward, former Journalist who eyes area ward representative post Patrick Riang’a said most politicians from the area were using university students to intimidate their opponents.

“I want my brothers to ensure that they are not used by politicians who have self-interest. They should ensure that those seeking for elective posts explain to them what they are planning to do,'' he said.
