Tanzania’s President John Pombe Magufuli is set to visit Kenya from Monday next week.
Magufuli will be in the country for two days during his first state visit since being elected into office last year.
Reports indicate that Magufuli's visit is anchored on the nomination of foreign CS Amina Mohammed as the chair of AU.
“The Tanzanian President will be here (in Kenya) next week from Monday for two days,” a government source said, but there was no immediate statement from State House, although it is understood that the announcement will be made at the weekend ahead of Magufuli’s arrival,” a source close to the matter is quoted by Capital fm
Magufuli will also hold bilateral talks with his host President Uhuru Kenyatta at State House Nairobi.
