The presenter has been conspicuously missing on his morning show for the last two days and it has since emerged that he injured his foot over the weekend while in Kajiado.

It was after visiting doctors that they recommended that he be operated on to solve the foot problem.

"Surgery is scheduled for tonight 8 pm. Nitakie mema tafaddhali....But I will be out of here tomorrow. I am a ninja like that!!!!!! Have a great afternoon," Kageni posted on his Facebook page.

It was a revelation that attracted the reaction of the public with many of his fans wishing him a quick recovery.
