The allegations have come to light in a suit filed at the High Court by Njenga challenging the Jubilee Party leadership for declining to clear him for their nominations for the Laikipia senatorial race.

Njenga represented by lawyer Evans Ondieki, he claims that he spent more than Sh100 Million marketing Jubilee and its leaders.

He adds that as a bonafide member of the party, his rights are not privileges granted by the party leaders and cannot, therefore, be taken away by individuals.

Njenga wants the court to compel the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal, Jubilee and the IEBC to be democratic and fair.

“It is unfair for the respondents to reject my nomination papers without giving reasons” his suit papers read in part.

WhenNjenga turned up to submit his papers, his application was rejected following instructions allegedly issued by President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto.

He has now accused the leaders of being dictatorial and challenged them to produce evidence that he was ever a member of the outlawed sect.
