President Uhuru Kenyatta has asked Kenyans to conduct themselves well on the elections day.

Speaking on Saturday during Joseph Nkaissery's burial ceremony, the president said that everyone should vote and go home to await announcement of the results.

He asked the nation to emulate the late General and exercise peace and love.

"As we approach the election, I ask Kenyans to emulate the example of our brother Nkaissery. Naomba wakenya tuwe na amani na tuhubiri amani," he said.
