[Photo|PSCU]The Court of Appeal has temporarily suspended the ruling issued by the High Court, that declared appointment of IEBC Returning Officers illegal.This is after the Commission filed an appeal, before justices Fatuma Sichale, K Koome and M Githinji, seeking orders to quash a ruling by High Court judge George Odunga.In their ruling, the three judges temporarily suspended the ruling, Wednesday, until all parties are heard.The ruling is a boost to President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto, and the IEBC.
