Conductors situated at the Isiolo main bus stage along the Nairobi – Meru highway were on Friday arraigned in court for making noise.

The 18 conductors appeared before Isiolo Chief Magistrate Samuel Mungai for the offence they allegedly committed on August 19.

According to the prosecution, the noises irritated travellers at the stage.

Three suspects were released on a Sh30, 000 bond while the rest were remanded at the Isiolo Police Station.

The case will be a game changer considering that many bus stations are characterized by noise making from conductors
