[Photo|Makueni County Government]Makueni County Gubernatorial loser, businessman Loyd David Masika has pledged to support Governor Kivutha Kibwana.Masika who tried to unseat the Wiper Democratic Movement - Kenya second term governor in the August 8 polls, said he had decided to forge unity with Kibwana, for the benefit of Makueni residents.Speaking when they both attended a burial ceremony of Mzee Paul Nganda Kyeene, father to brigadier Nganda at Mwaani location, Wote Ward, Masika who is a real estate veteran said he would not challenge Kibwana's re-election in court, but rather support his administration.Kibwana is the only governor who worn the gubernatorial post for a second term, through the Kalonzo Musyoka-led party in Ukambani region.Kitui County's Julius Malombe was trounced by Narc's Charity Ngilu, while former Kathiani MP Wavinya Ndeti was also beaten in Machakos county by MCCP's Dr Alfred Mutua.
