Malombe, who is defending his seat on Wiper ticket, said that the senator has no original ideas that can change the lives of the residents if elected.
The governor, who spoke to the press on Friday after addressing a Medium Term Plan meeting on Vision 2030 at the Kitui Kefri Centre, said that Musila’s assertion that he will hire all ECDE teachers in Kitui on permanent and pensionable terms was a clear indicator that he has nothing to offer to the residents of Kitui.
“Musila is only copying what I have planned. I have said that my government had already set aside money in the next budget to promote ECDE teachers to permanent terms next month [July], then he announces to do the same when he becomes governor,” Malombe said, as quoted by Star.
Malombe has exuded confidence that he will teach Musila a lesson that he will live to remember for the rest of his life. The governor is also contesting against Former lands minister Charity Ngilu.
Ngilu, who fell out with President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto following her sucking, has promised to her rival humiliating defeat in August.
