The county boss, who spoke at Nzaalae in Mwingi West, said that Ngilu, also NARC Leader, has been inciting her supporters in order to interfere with his campaigns as he seeks another term in office.
The county boss exuded confidence that the residents of this area will elect him for the second term because of his performance scoreboard.
The remarks of the lawmaker come after he was heckled during a past rally attended by different leaders including Wiper Party Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka.
Kalonzo faced the wrath of the electorate when he called upon the residents to vote for Malombe. The crowd chanted Mama as he addressed a rally some time back.
Malombe, who floored Senator David Musila, has maintained that he is the right man to stir the county into the next level as far as development is concerned. Senator David Musila is also contesting for the seat as an Independent candidate.
The legislator walked out of Wiper after he was floored during nominations, which he termed as shambolic.
