A man on Wednesday shocked a Machakos court after he openly admitted defiling a 9 year old girl.

Appearing before chief Magistrate Abdulqadir Lorot the accused Alexander Mwaniki  admitted he committed the offence. 

According to KNA, Mwaniki committed offence to a minor on January 3, 2017 at Itimbani village, Muthalani location, Machakos County.

The accused was released on a sh 100,000 cash bail.

The  hearing of the case was set for February 27.
