A man is currently being held at Motonto police station on suspicion that he raped his 2 daughters and impregnated them.
According to police reports, the man identified as Amos Nyamoko divorced his wife last year October.
He then insisted that his wife leaves behind the daughters as he would take care of them.
Mr James Kombo, the area chief told Hivisasa that the dropped out of school early this term and have been staying at home.
"Locals reported the matter to the police that the two girls were nolonger going to school and the police have been following it up. We later learnt that the man has been sleeping with them," he said.
Asked why they dropped out of school the girls said that their father stopped paying schoolfees for them.
He said that pregnancy tests conducted on the minors at Iyabe health centre tested positive.
"The minors are three months pregnant and we already arrested the man and we shall arraign him in court on Tuesday," he said.
He warned men against luring minors with few coins to sleep with them saying rape is illegal and punishable by law.
