A man in Roysambu who has been working as a bartender has butchered all his family members at the wee hours of the Monday morning of 7th May.
The man slaughtered his wife, his children aged 14, eight and four years.
This incident tops the list of the many domestic violence cases that households experience in silence.
The family was living in Marurui area in Roysambu sub-county.
It is believed that the couple was having differences over what neighbors termed as the man's habit of coming home late drunk from the bar where he worked as a bartender.
The police are already at the scene of the crime to investigate the incident that happened in the wee hours of Monday.
The suspect, however, is yet to be arrested as he is reported to have fled the scene after committing the crime.
