A man who was caught kissing a married woman was forced to strip naked in public.
The incident happened in Morambo village, Keboye sub location, Bonchari Kisii County on Monday evening.
The man identified as Samuel Ombeta has been seducing the married woman by the name Rachael Ombati.
He was found at the woman’s house kissing her while her husband who is a primary school teacher was away.
“I returned home from work and found the door was locked from inside. I peeped through the window and I was shocked to see my wife being kissed by the man on the sofa,” said the woman’s husband Geoffrey Ombati.
Mr Ombati said he called his parents and other neighbors who arrived and forced them to open the door.
“I have been suspecting that my wife is engaging in an illicit love affair with the man. We forced the man to strip naked and go to his home,” he said.
Area assistant chief Samuel Omae confirmed the incident and said the woman has been giving her husband trouble since they got married seven years ago.
“It is a big shame for the woman to bring a man into her own house in the presence of her husband. Such behaviors are uncalled. We can not object the husband’s decision to send the woman away because she may end up infecting him with HIV/AIDs,” he said.
