A man was on Monday arraigned at Kisii Law Court for driving a Motorbike along Kisii-Marani road without a driving licence, Insurance cover, Head helmet, Reflective Jacket and Number plate.

Duke Obiero, 26, was arrested on Sunday for driving a TVS Star Motorbike without a licence and other materials needed by law. He pleaded guilty of four out of the five charges before Chief Magistrate John Njoroge.

" I was wearing the reflective jacket when I was arrested," he said. He also asked the court to forgive him because his family depends on him for a living.

The Chief magistrate ordered him to pay a fine of Shs4,000 for each of the four charges he was found guilty of or get jailed of three months for each  of the charge.
