A 45-year-old man was arraigned before a Narok court charged with growing bhang. 

The accused David Ochieng  appeared before the Narok senior principal magistrate Titus Gesora, was charged that on June 4, for cultivating the drug at Osenetoi village in Orkinyei area in Narok West.

He pleaded not guilty to the offence.

He was released on a bond of Sh150, 000 and a surety of the same amount or a cash bail of Sh100, 000.

The case will be mentioned on  June 21 and its hearing on  July 17.
