A man’s body was on Tuesday found hanging from a tree at Lake Nakuru National Park.

George Ng’ang’a, area chief, confirmed the incident.

Ng'ang'a said residents of Lake View estate, which is adjacent to the park, spotted the body and informed him.

He said the deceased's wife had reported the man over alcohol abuse.

“The deceased wife had reported to me that the man is violent and an alcohol addict. I summoned him to my office and talked to him to change his behaviors,” said Ng’ang’a.

 The man’s body was taken to Nakuru County referral hospital.
